RIO DE JANEIRO -- Well 1-OGX-8-RJS in the Campos basin has struck a 180-m (591-ft) oil column with approximately 43 m (141 ft) of net pay in carbonate reservoirs in the Albian section, says OGX.
The rig Ocean Star is currently drilling the well to a final target depth of approximately 3,600 m (11,811 ft).
