LONDON – RockRose Energy has issued an update on its various field development/exploration programs in the UK and Dutch North Sea.
The productive lives of theRoss and Blake fields in the UK central North Sea will be extended from 2024 to at least 2029.
In the same sector, development of theArran field through Shell’s Shearwater complex is on track for first gas in 1Q 2021, while the partners in the Tain field by the end of this year.
The jackupMaersk Resolute has returned to the A/B blocks area in the far northern Dutch sector and is preparing to spud the Petrogas-operated B10 and A15 gas field appraisal wells.
Petrogas’ Halfweg platform has been successfully removed, in accordance with Dutch regulations.
At the Dana Petroleum-operated F02a offshore Hanze oil field, electric submersible pumps have been replaced in the A02 and A04 wells restoring the field to full production.
