The jacket for the Leviathan gas field development arrived in Israeli waters in January and was installed soon after, according to operator Noble Energy.
All in-field gathering lines and subsea trees have been installed, and all four production wells have been completed, with flow tests confirming deliverability of more than 300 MMcf/d per well.
Construction of the platform continues, and the project is on target for start-up by year-end.
Elsewhere, Noble’s reservoir management, including optimized field injection, has slowed the pace of natural field declines at theAseng and Alen fields offshore Equatorial Guinea, the company said in its latest results review.
Noble continues negotiations toward sanctioning the Alen gas monetization project.
