OSLO, Norway – The semisubmersible Transocean Arctic has spudded the VNG-operated Bue side track in the Norwegian Sea.
Well 6406/12-3A is north of the recentPil discovery in license PL 586, which is thought to hold up to 150 MMboe of reserves. According to partner Rocksource, Bue could contain up to 32 MMboe.
