LONDON – Tower Resources says the newbuild drillship Rowan Renaissance has arrived in Walvis Bay, Namibia.
The vessel is undergoing final acceptance testing before starting operations onRepsol’s Welwitschia-1 well exploration interest.
Tower, which has a 30% interest in the well, expects drilling to start around mid-April.
