Offshore staff
TEHRAN, Iran – Drilling is under way on 12 wells in the Kish gas field of the Persian Gulf, according to Iranian new service Shana.
Iranian Offshore Oil Co. plans to start early production from the giant field, which has in-place reserves estimated at 60 tcf (170 bcm).
Different scenarios remain under evaluation for the full production scheme.
