GE makes appointments

GE has appointed Anne M. McEntee as VP of Dresser for GE Energy Services, a business within GE Energy.

FAIRFIELD, Connecticut – GE has appointed Anne M. McEntee as VP of Dresser for GE Energy Services, a business within GE Energy. In this role, McEntee will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy to position the division, which was recently acquired by GE, for future growth. The business segment designs and manufactures pressure and control valves, and measurement, regulation and control solutions.

The company has also appointed Bill Ruh as VP and global technology director for the Software Sciences & Analytics organization at GE Global Research. In this newly created leadership role, Ruh will develop GE’s R&D capabilities in areas such as advanced computing, computational intelligence, analytics, and pervasive decisioning systems.
