STAVANGER, Norway – Equinor Ventures has awarded grants of $50,000 under its Accelerator program to Cnergreen and Ocean Access.
Calgary-based Cnergreen is commercializing a nanoparticle-based foam technology to enable cleaner hydrocarbon production.
Trondheim-based Ocean Access is developing a solution for more reliable and cost-effective gathering of information from remote offshore locations offshore.
Equinor Ventures has also signed a letter of intent with f3nice, an Italian additive manufacturing company.
The latter is working on technology that sources metal scrap and disused parts and converts these to metal powder, which can be used as input material for printing of new parts.
Equinor will support a project to test and validate f3nice’s technology and business model.
