ABERDEEN, UK -- Maven Capital Partners has invested more than £2 million ($3 million) in XPD8 Solutions Ltd. The investment has facilitated a management buy-out estimated to be worth more than £6 million ($9 million).
The transaction enables XPD8 to buy into the safety management, and maintenance sector of the global oil and gas industry.
