PARIS – Total says it has an agreement in principle to sell its 75.8% interest in Total E&P Cameroun to Perenco. The operation produces 40,000 b/d of oil.
The agreement is subject to Cameroonian official sanction. Other partners in Total E&P Cameroun are Société National des Hydrocarbures, 20% and Paris Orléans – Groupe Rotchshild, 4.2%.
