BANGKOK, Thailand — Mermaid Maritime has formed a 50:50 joint venture company in Vietnam with Tan Cang Offshore Services.
Tan Cang Mermaid Subsea Services Co. will offer ROV services, vessel chartering, transportation and installation (T&I) support, and subsea services.
The co-venturer, formed in 2021, is a provider of offshore vessel chartering, ROV services, ocean towage and salvage, dredging, subsea services and T&I, and offshore decommissioning.
