ABERDEEN, UK – Shell Global Solutions International has awarded Wood Group Kenny a five-year enterprise frame agreement (EFA).
This covers provision of subsea umbilical, riser, and flowline (SURF) engineering and construction management services to Shell worldwide, but mainly in the Asia/Pacific region and in Europe.
Shell has an option to extend the EFA by a further five years.
Under this agreement, Wood Group Kenny has started work for Shell on a front-end engineering design (FEED) study for the high-pressure/high-pressure Linnorm project in the Norwegian Sea.
Additionally it is involved in Shell’s Prelude FLNG project offshore northwest Australia; the Gumusut project off Malaysia; and providing subsea and topsides support for the Subsea Well Response Project (SWRP), a multi-company initiative developing worldwide subsea well control incident intervention.
