Transocean Ltd. intends to dispose of two rigs: GSF Aleutian Key and Sedco 707.

ZUG, Switzerland–Transocean Ltd. intends to dispose of two rigs:GSF Aleutian Key andSedco 707. These rigs are classified as held for sale. As a result, the company expects its 1Q 2015 results to include an estimated non-cash charge ranging from $90 million to $110 million, net of taxes.
Transocean said that it will continue to evaluate the long-term competitiveness of its fleet and noted that additional rigs may be identified as candidates for disposal.
