FREMANTLE, Australia – MMA has agreed to acquire Perth-based Neptune Marine Services, a provider of topside and subsea inspection, maintenance and repair services to the oil and gas, marine and renewable energy markets.
Completion of the acquisition is subject to various conditions including Neptune shareholder approval.
