Noble Energy has agreed to transfer its operating rights in the 367/Alon D license offshore Israel to Ithaca Energy.

TEL AVIV, Israel – Noble Energy has agreed to transfer its operating rights in the 367/Alon D licenseoffshore Israel to Ithaca Energy.
This follows Noble’s recently decision to withdraw from exploration of the license. Ithaca, which operates theGreater Stella Area hub in the UK North Sea, is a subsidiary of Delek Drilling, the other partner in Alon.
Assuming approvals for the transfer, Ithaca will have a 25% operated stake, the remainder held by Delek.
