OSLO, Norway – Wellesley Petroleum can use the semisubmersible Transocean Arctic to drill the Grosbeak West prospect in the North Sea, following approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority.

The rig is due to spud well 35/11-21 S in license PL248 I on July 1, and the program could last 76 days, depending on the result.
