Eni commissions Saipem for further SURF work offshore Angola

SAN DONATO MILANESE, Italy– Eni Angola has awarded Saipem’s E&C Offshore division a new contract for the West Hub Development project in block 15/06 offshore Angola.

This involves construction and installation of deepwater umbilicals, risers and flowlines, 130 km (81 mi) west of Soyo.

Saipem has also secured an EPC order from Eni Ghana Exploration & Production for infrastructure needed to boost capacity of the stations processing offshore gas, located close to the ports of Takoradi and Tema.
