SBM Offshore has signed agreements with MISC Berhad concerning two FPSOs.
One would involve SBM acquiring MISC Berhad’s full equity interest in the lease and operating entities related to the FPSO Espirito Santo offshore Brazil.
In return, SBM would divest its equity interest in the lease and operating entities of the FPSO Kikeh offshore Malaysia.
Both deals remain subject to approval by various competent authorities.
