Amarinth API 610 OH1 pumps on bespoke skid ready for shipment to Kanfa
WOODBRIDGE, UK— Amarinth has delivered two API 610 OH1 pumps to Kanfa for a second oil train on the Energean Power FPSO at the Karish Field offshore Israel.
The 700-metric ton train for a new oil/condensate separation module is designed to raise production capacity by 75%.
Kanfa’s M10 topside module will be transported to the Karish Field for integration onto the FPSO.
Amarinth’s pumps, engineered for ATEX Zone 2 operation, were designed to the latest API 610 12th edition and manufactured in stainless steel to Norsok specifications.
Space restrictions onboard the FPSO necessitated a single footprint skid design with both pumps and two Plan 53B seal support systems mounted on together.
The pumps were witness tested by DNV at Amarinth’s test facility in the UK before being air-freighted to Drydocks World in Dubai, which is constructing the new topside module.
