Yinson has contracted Palfinger to supply equipment for the FPSO Anna Nery for the Marlim 2 oil field in the Campos basin offshore Brazil.

SALZBURG, Austria – Yinson has contracted Palfinger to supply equipment for the FPSO Anna Nery for the Marlim 2 oil field in the Campos basin offshore Brazil.
The delivery will comprise two electro-hydraulic stiff boom cranes adapted to the requirements of the project, each with a total outreach of 41 m (134 ft) and a maximum lifting capacity of 35 metric tons (38.5 tons).
In addition, the vessel will be equipped with one rescue boat, four 75-person lifeboats, and accompanying davits.
The FPSO, a tanker conversion, will be installed around 150 km (93 mi) offshore and is due to enter service in 2022-23, where it should operate for 25 years.
It will have capacity to produce 70,000 b/d of oil and 4 MMcm/d of gas.
