OSLO, Norway – TMC will supply a marine compressed air system for the FPSO Anna Nery, currently undergoing conversion from the VLCC Falcon at Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry’s shipyard in Qidong, China.
Yinson is responsible for the charter and operation of the vessel, due to start operating in 2023 at the Marlim field revitalization project in the Campos basin, 150 km (93 mi) offshore Brazil in 930 m (3,051 ft) water depth.
The compressed air system will comprise four large-capacity service and instrument air compressors with associated air dryers and filters. TMC will manufacture the equipment in Europe.
The FPSO Anna Nery will have capacity to produce 70,000 b/d of oil and 4 MMcm/d of gas.
