The investment included a material handler, a mobile shear unit that will reduce the need for manual handling, and a new decontamination system.
Aside from the 2,400-sq-m site on Shetland, the company has licensed facilities at Peterhead and Port of Aberdeen, eastern Scotland, that have managed more than 40,000 metric tons of reused and recycled materials since the company started business in 2021.
