PARIS, France — Repsol Exploración México has contracted DORIS to perform studies for its Block 29 development in the Salina Basin offshore Mexico.
DORIS will conduct concept engineering of the subsea production system and subsea umbilical, riser, and flowline spread.
Block 29, 88 km from the state of Tabasco, spans a 3,254-km area. DORIS’ work scope covers the Polok and Chinwol oil discoveries, 16 km apart in water depths ranging from 460-600 m.
Repsol is the operator, in partnership with PC Carigali Mexico Operations, Wintershall Dea and PTTEP.
