HAMILTON, Bermuda — Seadrill’s circular drillship Sevan Louisiana has started a 45-day well intervention contract for an independent operator in the US Gulf of Mexico, the company said in a fleet update.
Earlier this year, the vessel underwent a special periodic survey and associated maintenance.
Seadrill has re-integrated the West Polaris and West Auriga into its rig fleet following the termination of its third-party management agreements. Both are preparing for contracts offshore Brazil that are due to start in the fourth quarter this year.
