Third FPSO arrives in Guyana's Stabroek Block

AMSTERDAM  The Prosperity FPSO has arrived at the Stabroek Block offshore Guyana, SBM Offshore announced on its LinkedIn today.

The vessel traveled just over 11,000 nautical miles, or just over 20,000 km, from Singapore in under 50 days. On track for first oil later this year, Prosperity becomes Guyana’s third FPSO joining Liza Destiny and Liza Unity.

The vessel will be chartered to Exxon Mobil, Hess and CNOOC to operate on the Payara project in the Stabroek Block offshore Guyana, where it will be spread moored in 1,900 m water depth.

Prosperity is designed to produce 220,000 bbl/d of oil, with gas treatment of 400 MMcf/d and water injection of 250,000 bbl/d, and storage for about 2 MMbbl.
