BERGEN, Norway – DOF Subsea has secured two contracts for the construction support vessels Skandi Seven and Skandi Skansen in West Africa.
The contracts total more than 160 vessel days.
The Skandi Seven has started operations for a repeat international energy company in Angola, delivering integrated FSV services, project management, and engineering. The company will deliver onshore and offshore work scopes within deepwater field development and maintenance duties toward existing subsea infrastructure.
The Skandi Skansen will soon mobilize in the North Sea to deliver a mooring refurbishment and installation project for a client in Ghana. In water depths up to 1,000 m (3,280 ft). The Skandi Skansen is expected to execute a variety of mooring activities.
