The offshore market is heating up, as oil and gas producers and wind energy developers ramp up their spending plans to meet growing energy demand. Matthew Hale, Senior Vice President for Drilling & Wells for Energy Services Americas with Rystad Energy, will offer his thoughts and projections for capital expenditures by offshore oil and gas companies in the near term, with a particular focus on the drilling, EPC, and subsea construction markets.
