Janette Marx

Janette Marx serves as CEO of Airswift, a global workforce solutions provider to STEM industries. She has held this position since July 2018.

Prior to this role, she served as the company's global COO from May 2014 to June 2018.

Earlier in her career, she was senior vice president of Adecco Staffing for two years and senior vice president of Ajilon and Accounting Principals for more than 13 years.

Her specialties include mergers and acquisitions, full-scale integrations, establishing strategic business objectives, executing tactical plans, driving sales and operational excellence, executive leadership, and the oversight of field service delivery, ensuring the attainment of organizational goals associated with the delivery and recruitment of professional talent and workforce solutions to clients.
