Guillaume Fauchille

Guillaume Fauchille is a seasoned leader in the oil and gas industry, with a career spanning more than 19 years, primarily focused on pressure pumping, intervention and business transformation.

Fauchille currently serves as director of Mature Assets Solutions at Baker Hughes where he leads the initiative designed to enhance the productivity and sustainability of mature oil and gas assets, which are crucial in today’s energy landscape. 

He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from ESTP, France, a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Texas A&M University, US, and an executive MBA from INSEAD, Singapore.
