NORWICH, UK— Renewable energy advisory specialist Opergy Group has formed a partnership with Chinese wind turbine manufacturer Mingyang Smart Energy Group, targeting opportunities in the UK offshore wind sector.
The partnership aims to offer its services to help speed up development of UK offshore wind projects, also supporting onshore wind, hydrogen and solar initiatives across the UK.
Li Bian, Mingyang Smart Energy Group’s general manager for the UK, said, “The partnership…brings together our complementary strengths, market knowledge and expertise, and innovative engineering solutions with our portfolio of offshore wind turbines including the latest flagship 18-MW model.”
