Multiconsult Norge, Aker Solutions and LINK Arkitektur will perform engineering services for Equinor for the electrification of multiple oil and gas installations offshore Norway.
Vår Energi has formed a strategic partnership with Aker Solutions, Honeywell and StS-ISONOR.
The trio will provide maintenance and modification services to the company’s operated assets and developments across the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
This will build on an existing collaboration model, with incentives for all parties to work as an integrated team pursuing common objectives.
Last December, Aker Solutions signed a frame agreement covering maintenance and modification services for Vår Energi’s Jotun, Balder and Ringhorne projects in the southern Norwegian North Sea, all of which are covered by the partnership.
The five-year contract could be extended to up to 11 years.
By year-end 2025, Vår Energi expects to achieve production of about 400,000 boe/d.
