Anasuria Hibiscus confirms UK North Sea license award

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Anasuria Hibiscus UK has entered a license agreement with the UK North Sea Transition Authority for blocks 15/18a and 15/19a in the central North Sea.

The NSTA offered the company the P2608 license last October under the UK’s initial 33rd Offshore Licensing Round.

The two blocks are within the Quad 15 area which contains the Crown discovery, a potential tieback to the company’s Marigold and Sunflower oil fields 12 km distant.
