LONDON – Tailwind Energy has agreed to sell its 100% operated interest in the Conwy field in the East Irish Sea to Eni UK.
The transfer is due to take effect from July 1, subject to regulatory approvals.
Tailwind said the gas production asset, which it acquired following its purchase of EOG Resources UK in 2018, now fits more readily into Eni UK’s Liverpool Bay operation.
