HOUSTON – Upstream Engineering, LLC, says that it has been awarded an EPC contract for an offshore platform to be located in Trinidad. The project scope of work includes the project management, engineering design, equipment procurement, fabrication and pre-commissioning for the deck and topsides.
Upstream Engineering is also providing the detailed engineering for the jacket and 12-in. subsea pipeline which will be tied back to the existing platform.
The platform will be located in approximately 245 ft of water and the topsides facilities will be designed to produce up to 250 MMcf/d of natural gas. The platform is planned to be installed 2Q 2022 and first production is planned for 3Q 2022.
