Stena MODU booked for work offshore Canada

ABERDEEN, Scotland — Stena Drilling has signed a new contract with bp Canada Energy Group ULC for the Stena Icemax mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU), according to a July 5 Stena news release. 

The one-well program, scheduled for 2023, will be off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada, and has an estimated duration of 80 days.
