LONDON – The Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuel has approved the concession agreement that gives Chariot Oil & Gas (AIM:CHAR) 100% interest and operatorship of licenses BAR-M-292, BAR-M-293, BAR-M-313, and BAR-M-314 offshore Brazil.
The tracts, in Barreirinas basin, werebid on this past May.
Chariot says it now will conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment with the aim of conducting 3D seismic surveys in 2014.
