Offshore staff
TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands -- Orca Exploration's SS-10 development well in Songo Songo gas field offshore Tanzania flowed a sustained 40 MMcf/d through a 1-in (2.54-cm) choke at 1,900 psi (13.1 MPa) over a 24-hour test. Orca says the production flow rate will exceed 55 MMcf/d with non-restrictive surface facilities.
The well was drilled to TD of 2,426 m (7,959 ft).
