Engineering Mgr., Operations Systems and Technology

Having been engaged in the upstream energy industry for over fourteen years now, Joseph’s current responsibility is focused on leading the Operations and Technology Engineering Team for the US Onshore Business Unit. His most recent responsibility including leading deepwater projects development and execution of western Gulf of Mexico operated assets for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Joseph brings to his current position an established background in project, engineering, and execution management roles for major capital deepwater projects in offshore US, Brazil, and Africa, in addition to inland water and onshore US applications. In Joseph’s most previous role, he served as the project manager for the first amine processing plant on a floating production facility in deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Joseph also served as the subject matter expert for the Deepwater Facilities SEMS (safety and environmental management systems) Compliance Program as well as a key technical resource for topsides, facilities, and process engineering within the APC Deepwater Gulf of Mexico and International Projects Department. Joseph is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana. Joseph also will complete a Master's in Science and Technology from Brown University in 2018.
