Electromagnetic Geoservices has entered an agreement with one of its clients concerning licenses to controlled source electromagnetic data from EMGS’ multi-client library in Norway.

TRONDHEIM, Norway – Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has entered an agreement with one of its clients concerning licenses to controlled source electromagnetic (CSEM) data from EMGS’ multi-client library in Norway.
The agreement relates to the client's merger with another entity company, the resultant merger fees payable, and other settlements owed to EMGS connected with Norway’s recent license rounds.
EMGS has also entered a data licensing agreement related to its CSEM multi-client library in the Americas.
Combined revenues to the company are around $5.9 million.
