VANCOUVER, Canada – Vanoil Energy has agreed to a two-month extension with Rwanda’s Ministry of Natural Resources for a technical evaluation agreement.
This gives Vanoil the exclusive right to negotiate a production-sharing contract covering around 1,631 sq km (630 sq mi) of the East Kivu Graben, beneath Lake Kivu, Rwanda.
