    UTEC, Zamil team up for offshore Saudi Arabia surveys

    UTEC has won geophysical survey contracts for three fields offshore Saudi Arabia in cooperation with local partner Zamil Offshore.

    ABERDEEN, UK – UTEC has won geophysical survey contracts for three fields offshore Saudi Arabia in cooperation with local partner Zamil Offshore.

    These are for the Safiniyah, Marjan, and Zuluf fields.

    UTEC will employ theZamil 51offshore support vessel using a combination of multi-beam and side scan sonar survey techniques.

    Bill Hickie has become business unit director of Middle East and Caspian operations. He was previously global director of business development for the Eastern Hemisphere.
