PGS orders new version Ramform seismic vessels from Mitsubishi

Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (OSLO: PGS) has signed for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. to deliver two Ramform vessels in 2013 with an option for as many as two more for delivery in 2015.

These new fifth-generation seismic vessels are called ā€œTitanā€ class. They are designed to use and benefit from GeoStreamer technology.
