TRONDHEIM, Norway – Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) says it has funding for about four months of 3D electromagnetic survey services offshore Norway.
The company will mobilize the vesselBOA Thalassa to Norway to perform contract work and a multi-client 3D EM survey in the Barents Sea, after another scheduled survey off northwest Africa.
EMGS adds that it will continue to invest in expanding its multi-client library in the Barents Sea, focusing on the eastern part of the Norwegian sector and blocks close to the Hoop Fault Complex.
