    OSLO, Norway — Equinor has issued a letter of intent (LoI) to Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) for a pre-funded multiclient EM survey in the North Sea.

    The anticipated contract value is about $2 million, with acquisition likely to start early next month.
