OSLO, Norway/MASSY, France  CGG, PGS and TGS are offering free access to their cloud-based, multiclient geoscience data service Versal.

The latest updates to the Versal platform are said to improve scalability for exploration and production, data management and procurement teams through the introduction of Versal Pro and Premium tiers.

With the free Versal version, users can view data coverage, download coverage shape files, and import map layers and shape files. By upgrading to Versal Pro, they can derive further benefits such as accessing vendor contracts and downloading acquisition and processing documents.

Selecting Versal Premium gives users access to data management capabilities such as seismic visualization and downloading entitled traces.
