BGP orders Sercel OBN nodes for Middle East deployment

BGP has awarded CGG subsidiary Sercel various equipment contracts for programs in the Middle East.

MASSY, France— BGP has awarded CGG subsidiary Sercel various equipment contracts for programs in the Middle East.
They include 29,000 GPR300 seabed nodes for use this year on OBN seismic surveys.
The GPR300 nodal system employs Sercel's QuietSeis broadband digital sensor technology, said to deliver high-accuracy imaging in all seabed environments, including shallow water.
