    BERGEN, Norway – Santos has contracted Shearwater GeoServices to perform two seismic surveys offshore Western Australia.

    The two-month program encompasses the Keraudren North Extension, covering a 680-sq km (262-sq mi) area in the Bedout basin, and a 3D survey over a 1,100-sq km (424.7 sq mi) area in the Petrel sub-basin.

    The Geo Coral vessel will employ a multi-component streamer system for both projects, with work starting in February.
