DUBLIN, Ireland – The Marine Institute’s research vessel Celtic Voyager has completed a seabed, shallow geophysical and environmental survey over the Barryroe field in the Celtic Sea, 50 km (31 mi) offshore southern Ireland.
According to Providence Resources, the focus was the planned K well drilling location. Results will be incorporated into a review of the field.
Providence subsidiary Exola DAC commissioned the survey. Water depth was around 100 m (328 ft).
