LONDON – Geoteric has introduced two seismic interpretation products powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

Collaborative AI is said to enhance traditional interpretation by extracting faults from seismic data at the click of a button, with no need for network training.

Use of AI to support interpretation is said to lead to faster and more accurate results.

Geoteric Stratum is a cloud-based AI software said to provide more detailed fault identification, reservoir compartmentalization, and well trajectory planning.

It provides an intuitive workflow and information to assist exploration and development decisions.

According to the company, feedback from consultancy projects over the past 12 months is that the new technology has delivered new insights into clients’ assets.
