GODALMING, UK – The upgraded FPSOAoka Mizu has departed Drydocks World in Dubai following sea trials and will now sail to Rotterdam for completion of final work before proceeding to the Lancaster oil field west of Shetland.
Hurricane Energy will use the vessel for its early production system on Lancaster.
The vessel underwent a series of repair and life extension works at the Dubai shipyard.
Hurricane has completed final preparations at the field, a program of rock dumping to protect subsea infrastructure.
